Marketing and Public Relations Project Manager
Chicago Buzz Marketing is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing and Public Relations Project Manager. This position is responsible for the strategy, creation, and direction of various integrated marketing and public relations projects.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Marketing strategy and campaign creation
- Digital content creation and copy writing
- Email newsletter creation and copy writing
- Blog creation and copy writing
- Public relations support and press send outs
- Press release copy writing
- Event support and live content creation
- Consulting and training
- Sales and community outreach
- Collaboration with Project Assistants, Graphic Designers, Publicists, and other Project Managers
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements: The ideal candidate for this position will have a college degree (Associates or Bachelors) and 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in an agency setting. Past internship or work study experience is required.
This is an hourly, entry-mid level position. Position involves both in office and satellite hours. This is a part-time position, hours as follows: Mon-Thur 9:00am-4:00pm, Fri 9:00am-2:00pm (30-35 hours weekly)

Marketing and Public Relations Project Assistant/Intern (two openings)
Chicago Buzz Marketing is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing and Public Relations Project Assistant/Intern. This position is responsible for support and implementation of integrated marketing and public relations projects.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Implement content into appropriate platforms
- Implement eblast and monthly blog into Mailchimp and website
- Assist with event facilitation and live event content creation
- Email reach out, research and basic PR facilitation
- Collaboration with Project Managers, Graphic Designers, Publicists, and other Project Assistants
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements: The ideal candidate for this position will be working towards the completion of a college degree (Associates or Bachelors). Past internship or work study experience is a plus.

Administrative Office Assistant
Chicago Buzz Marketing is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Office Assistant. This position is responsible for day to day office support and project implementation.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Client contract and proposal send outs
- Client invoices send outs and follow ups
- Employee scheduling
- Payroll assistance
- Note taking during consulting and client discovery calls
- Assist project managers with content research or creation when requested
- Email monitoring and follow up
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements: The ideal candidate for this position will have 1-3 years of administrative or office support experience.
This is an hourly, entry to mid-level position. Position involves both in office and satellite hours. This is a part-time position, hours as follows: Mon/Thur 9:00am-2:00pm (10-15 hours weekly)
